Pumpkin Patch 09

I am one of the drivers for Jacob's class. We have Johnathon M., Jessie, Jacob, and Anthony. Anthony could not stop talking the entire time. We are going to the pumkin patch. Fun, Fun!!!

Golf Cart Parade

The boys and I heading out to the golf cart parade. We match and thanks to Aunt Tina for the cute water bottle holders. "LIFESAVER"

Sammy and Jacob did much better this year at the parade. we did not have to carry them. They walked the entire time. Lots of great carts.

We Like The Living Desert!

I took Nicky, Jacob, and Sammy to the living desert. I needed to get them outside.

Best Buddies

There was a plastic window between us and the cat. One of the boys had a branch with leaves on it. The cat came right up to the window to play. Scary!!!

The cat was huge and amazingly beautiful. I was in awe, we watched her for awhile.

Seaworld for Sammy

Sammy, Mr. Turtle, and Jacob at Seaworld for Sammy's 5th Birthday.


We are headed out to San Deigo to met up with Uncle Bill & Aunt Norma. We are going to spend the night at a hotel then go to Seaworld the next day. So excited!!!

Sammy's 5th Birthday

Buddhist Wedding

Nestor and I were invited to a co-workers wedding. They are Buddhist. I thought it would be very interesting to see a Buddhist wedding and it was very interesting. All the monks came from LA. They arrived about 9AM. After 11PM, they stay seated until the last guest leaves. That could be until late in the evening. They don't even get up to go the restroom. They hold it. Can you imagine! I would pee my pants for sure.

The monks are served by all the guest. They are offered every single dish. This is the pedestal for a big bowl of food. They use their fingers to eat with instead of utensils.

This gentleman made all the flower arrangements by hand. With a needle and thread, he made each arrangement. He told us that he started two days ago. Check out the video clip.

Nestor and the bride!! Don't you love the elaborate details. The ceremony was performed by one monk and now it is time to serve the monks. Then we tried all sorts of food I have never seen or heard of before. It was really cool. Also, people brought staple items for the monks. They live totally on donation by the people.

First Day of School 09

Sammy's first day of Kindergarten. Sammy's teacher is Ms. Dahrman. I will be at the school on Mondays to help in each one of the boys classes. I really love my job.

He was so cute. He told me, "It is weird here".

Jacob desk. So darling!! Miss Corona is Jacob's 1st grade teacher. She also owns the Homework Club. Jacob will learn a lot from Miss Corona and have fun too. Lots of field trips planned for the year.
